  • Johns Hopkins Intensive Global Bioethics Training Program (GBTP)
    A non-degree, month-long (June 1-30, 2018) training program of the Johns Hopkins Berman Institute of Bioethics. The program combines intensive coursework with applied learning to develop participants’ knowledge and skills in international research ethics. Participants may register for one of two program tracks: a Global Bioethics Scholars track or an Institutional Review Board (IRB) Practice track.

  • BSEC’s Newsletter, Bioethics Caribe - Opportunity
    The Editor of BSEC’s Newsletter, Bioethics Caribe, is currently soliciting articles, accomplishments - whether publications, awards, promotions etc. for the 2018 issue of the Newsletter. These can be sent to Dr. Grace Sirju-Charran at gracecharran8@gmail.com.
    Suggested topics for articles are: Human genome editing; sexual harassment; "Fake" News; robotics; parenting in different family structures (same sex, <2 parents etc.)….. 

    Deadline for submission, February 28th, 2018.

    Bioethics Caribe is an on-line publication of articles sent in by the members of the Bioethics Society of the English Speaking Caribbean.
