Accepted Methods of Payment

Cash Payments Cash Payment can be made at the conference venue or CARPHA Headquarters in Trinidad and Tobago.

Credit Card Full payment of the registration fee must be made at the time of registration. Payment can be made by Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard, click here for credit card form) US Bank drafts (payable to Caribbean Public Health Agency), Wire Transfer (click here for Wire Transfer details), PayPal or cash. All payments for early registration must arrive at CARPHA no later than March 20, 2017. Please include a printout of your registration email confirmation along with your payment

Cancellation/Substitution Policy

To cancel your registration, you must contact CARPHA no later than March 20, 2017. For cancellations made by March 20, 2017, registration fee will be refunded less a $100 administration fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after March 20, 2017. Cancellation requests must identify the registrants’ name, email address, and amount paid and include a copy of your registration confirmation. Send refund requests to Substitutions may be made up to 7 business days prior to the event by emailing us at After this point, substitutions will need to be made on site.
