The objective of the Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist is to support the design, coordination and implementation of monitoring and evaluation activities of the CARPHA Pandemic Fund Project.
The officer will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on the progress and achievements of the CARPHA Pandemic Fund Project.
